The preferred size of the nominal diameter of the conductor diameter conductor shall comply with the R20 number system in GB/T321-2005. The actual values and their tolerances are shown in Tables 1 and 2.
When required for technical reasons, the intermediate size of the nominal diameter of the conductor selected by the user shall comply with the R40 number system in GB/T321-2005. See Appendix A for actual values and their tolerances.
The difference between the conductor diameter and the nominal diameter shall not exceed the values specified in Table 1 or Table 2.

1. The temperature index test shall be carried out on the unimpregnated enameled wire specimen with a nominal diameter of 1.000 mm and a grade 2 film thickness in accordance with GB/T4074.7-2009.
2. The temperature index shall not be less than the specified value of the relevant product standard, and the failure time at the lowest test temperature shall be not less than 5000h.
3. When requested by the user, the manufacturer shall provide proof that the enameled wire meets the temperature index requirements.
4. Note: The temperature index for the extrapolated life of 20000h is only for unimpregnated enameled wire samples, not as part of the insulation system. The Celsius temperature relative to the temperature index is not the recommended enameled wire use temperature because the temperature of use is related to many factors, including the type of equipment involved.
See the requirements of the relevant product standards for refrigerant resistance.
Straight weldability is not applicable.
Thermal bonding can be found in the relevant product standards.
The dielectric loss factor can be found in the relevant product standard.
Resistance to transformer oil can be found in the relevant product standards.
See the requirements of the relevant product standards for weightlessness.
Pinhole test requirements are under consideration.

The type of packaging may affect certain properties of the enameled wire, such as resilience. Therefore, the type of packaging (such as the type of delivery reel) should be determined by both the supplier and the buyer.
The enameled wire should be wound evenly and tightly on the delivery reel or placed in the container. Unless there is agreement between the supplier and the buyer, there should be no more than one line of enameled wire in the delivery reel or container. When there is more than one line segment, the length of the line segment shall be indicated on the label and/or on the package by negotiation between the supplier and the buyer.
When the enameled wire is delivered in a loop, the size and maximum quality of the loop shall be determined by negotiation between the supplier and the buyer. Any additional protection on the coil shall also be determined by negotiation between the supplier and the purchaser.
The label shall be hung on each packaging unit agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer and shall include the following:
1. Manufacturer's name and/or trademark; 2. Enamelled wire and paint film type, such as product name and/or national standard number; 3. Enameled wire net weight; 4. Enameled wire nominal diameter and paint film level; 5. Date of manufacture.
